We specialize in Pratt & Whitney and Honeywell engines with specific focus on Pratt & Whitney 535, PT6, JT15D, Honeywell HTF 7000 and TFE731. N1, LLC is a part of the Directional Aviation Capital portfolio which also includes FlexJet, Flight Options, Constant Aviation, Sentient Jet, SkyJet, Nextant Aerospace, Sojourn Aviation, and Air Services. N1, LLC is responsible for maintaining and managing the engines for our sister companies’ fleet as well as third party vendors.

N1, LLC is actively seeking a Logistics Coordinator at our facility in Mesa, AZ. This role requires superior attention to detail and will be responsible for material services. This position is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day operations including problem solving and decision making support to ensure the tactical and strategic execution of support for the Maintenance department is accomplished. Additionally, this position will provide analytical assistance in determining part requirements; sourcing and movement of repairable parts; inventory usage and condition analysis. The Logistics Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Operations.


Job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Ensure supplier and delivery commitments are met through continuous follow up regarding order status, vendor performance, and resolve problems regarding quality and supply as required
  • Determine part numbers required by maintenance for non-routine and routine work
  • Parts ordering, parts receiving, shipping, packaging, maintain inventory control and integrity
  • Work as liaison between Maintenance Operations and update as required
  • Coordinate external part movements for AOG situations
  • Identify interchangeable parts and update the parts catalog to ensure 100% accuracy
  • Maintain detailed records to include all pertinent information for each request
  • By utilizing min/max levels, maintain acceptable inventory of parts to support company operational requirements
  • Maintain accounting and order system to ensure that proper approval levels are utilized
  • Perform incoming inspection of parts and materials before items are placed in stock or issued to use on aircraft
  • Monitor time sensitive shelf life controlled items
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by leadership


Education & Experience

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; 5 years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous Overhaul and Repair experience desired
  • Previous purchasing and/or inventory experience
  • Honeywell HTF 7000 series, Pratt & Whitney 500 series, and Honeywell TFE731 engine experience highly desired

  • Must be able to perform very detailed work, with proficiency in analyzing and understanding technical manuals and documents
